Taking
best advantage of our location in Rome and Italy, the
trip program takes a prominent place in the philosophy
and mission of St. Stephen's School. History and language
courses use extended class time one day a week for FIELD
TRIPS . All students participate in Jack Ullman's
"Treasure Hunt" which this year sent 18 groups
of ten students throughout Rome for a day. Twice a year,
all students participate in the trip program that travels
around Europe and Italy. The first foray is for a three
day trip, important enough to our philosophy to be paid
for from tuition. The second trip is for a full week's
excursion in early March which offers much more opportunity
for our adventurous trip leaders |
