Chemistry

  • The theme of the project in question is "algae and ecology". The three sciences will approach this theme very differently, but the scope will remain inherent to a strictly environmental background.

Biology

  • In the biology section there is a focus on how algae could be grown for commercial purposes. We focused on the effect of the colour of the light, ie. the light wavelength and its effect on the growth of the algae when it is no longer in its natural habitat.
